Section 1 : Risk warning

Trading leveraged products such as Forex may not be suitable for all investors as they carry a degree of risk to your capital and you should only trade with money you can afford to lose. Please ensure that you fully understand the risks involved and seek independent advice if necessary

We do not guarantee any profit when using the products purchased on this site. The risks of trading and using any products from this website is done so at the user’s own risk. 

Section 2 : Subscriptions, licenses and payments

By ordering any membership/license on  https://www.xeroftrading.com/ you confirm that you have read and accepted our Terms of Use

Xerof Trading service is paid by the user by profit split on each position. For the free plan, we do not charge anything to start using our service, you only get charged once you start making profits. Here are the plans available:

Your membership at Xerof Trading are based on annual recurring plans. Each payment mentioned are one time payment and are not reimbursable.

• FREE TRIAL - Free to get started, charging 50% management fee per trades closed in profits.

• STANDARD - 179.95$ to get started, charging 40% management fee per trades closed in profits.

• ADVANCED - 349.95$ to get started, charging 30% management fee per trades closed in profits.

• PREMIUM - 889.95$ to get started, charging 20% management fee per trades closed in profits.

• PLATINUM -  889.95$ to get started, charging 15% management fee per trades closed in profits.

Section 3 : Chargeback

You agree to not process any chargebacks on your purchase from Xerof Trading membership plans, rather speak to the Xerof Trading support team at support@xeroftrading.com to resolve any issue.

Section 4 : Refund policy

There are no refunds for any products/services offered by Xerof Trading.

Please note that users who filed a chargeback/dispute request or a claim are not eligible for a refund.

All sales are final.

Refunds or account credits will not be issued in situations as follows:

• You have changed your mind about using our product and service

• You purchased our product/services by mistake

• You do not have sufficient expertise to use our system

• You are not able to activate the Service with the help of our team

• You do not respect the requirement and actions (Example; closing position by yourself, using a lower balance then recommended etc.)

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Xerof Trading.

Xerof Trading has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Xerof Trading shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
